So, there’s this thing called 100 Happy Days;  above all, it’s an exercise in mindfulness. It’s to remind us that, “The ability to appreciate the moment, the environment and yourself in it, isthe base for the bridge towards long term happiness of any human being.” I think it’s a lovely idea and I’m starting today.

I will use this blog as a way of keeping myself honest with it. Just like journaling, I will consciously find time to appreciate the things that make me happy instead of merely dwelling on the crappy things. Because, maybe that beautiful tomorrow starts today.
